Went to sentosa the other time to kinda play vball and 'train' for the ripcurl beach vball..haha..so i wont look so out-of-touch..but anyway its fun..i like the spirit and atmosphere at he beach playin beach vball and all especially when u can get a court and stay in it..hahaz..

Today is the army half marathon..woa..first time running and its 21km..damn damn shag..for the first time i felt cramps while running..it was at the 18-19 km mark there..haha..last 1km reali unbearable but just kept running coz i noe it will end faster tat way..hahaz..but reali proud of myself..i tink i did pretty well considering that i dun like running thus i seldom do..hahaz..but at least i overtake the fast ppl in my company!!hahaz..i tot i was reali veri far off until i heard my name so i turned and saw pardeep and pu den..haha..so stayed wit them a while i realised i can go faster so i went off..haha..

met up wit thomas after tat..went to change and took mrt to cwp for our lunch..long time since i met him..nard and edwin in newzealand training..so have to meet them after tat..haha..maybe ill call them up after they touch down on tue..
